DB Exteriors is a professional exterior cleaning and property care company based in Elstead, Surrey, founded by lifelong friends Brodie McHallam and Dan Griffiths.
But the idea behind DB Exteriors goes much further than simply starting another exterior cleaning business.
We wanted to build the kind of company we would want to use ourselves. Professional, reliable, easy to deal with and completely focused on doing the job properly.
A company where customers know who they’re dealing with, communication is clear, appointments are kept and every property is treated with genuine care and respect.
We’re not building the biggest exterior cleaning company in Surrey.

Our Story
More Than 35 Years of Friendship.
Brodie and Dan first became friends at around five years old, growing up together in Godalming.
More than 35 years later, that friendship has developed into a business partnership built on the same things that have kept them friends for so long: trust, honesty, loyalty and knowing they can rely on one another.
Although their careers took them in very different directions, those different paths have given them skills that complement each other perfectly.
Dan Griffiths
Co-Founder & Director
Dan has spent approximately 25 years as a skilled joiner, developing the practical expertise, craftsmanship and attention to detail that comes from a lifetime working within a skilled trade.
He understands properties, materials and the importance of doing work properly rather than simply doing it quickly.
That experience brings a practical and technical foundation to DB Exteriors, with quality workmanship at the centre of every service the company provides.
Brodie McHallam
Co-Founder & Director
Brodie has spent approximately 25 years working in customer-facing and sales roles, developing extensive experience in customer service, communication, relationship building, organisation and business development.
His focus is on making sure the experience surrounding the work is every bit as good as the work itself, from responding to the initial enquiry and providing a professional quotation through to communication, scheduling and aftercare.
Together, those backgrounds give DB Exteriors an important combination:
